Our prices include:
- Ground and water transportation accompanied with a guide in your language (English, Spanish, French, Italian or German)
- Lodging in the hotels that are mentioned in the tour
- Assistance in the country destination by GA
- Entrances and fees
- IVA (Value Added Tax: 12%)
- Internal flights when mentioned in itinerary
- All breakfasts and meals specified
- Travel insurance (Assist Card Classic) that covers:
+ Health coverage
Our prices do not include:
- International flight tickets
- Airport fares
- Personal expenses
- Meals not specified in itinerary
- The Hotel reservations will be booked by Guatemalan Adventure
- The hotels selected are those described in itinerary
- Just in case the hotel described is not available, another hotel will be offered of the same category
- The payment of the tour will be completely paid at least 30 days before the service is provided
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Restrictions may apply
Our cancellation policy is:
- Cancellations over 30 days: charges on expenditures.
- Cancellations between 30 to 15 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellations between 00 to 14 days: 0% refund.
- No show: Nonrefundable.
There would not be any kind of refund in cases that do not follow the cancelation policy.
In case there is a cancellation from Guatemalan Adventure’s side, the client will get back the total amount paid for the trip.
The regulation of the quantity and weight of luggage are subject only to the airline’s regulations, these must be detailed by the Travel Agency.
- The travel insurances are already included in the total price of each tour. Guatemalan Adventure offers this Assistance Card not as an option, but as an added value to the services provided. The insurance are provided by Assist Card, which are available in more than 107 countries around the world.
- Vehicles are fully insured in case of accidents or deaths.
